"Modern Journalism Takes Many Forms..."

 Oh, goody, let's look at Modern Journalism!

 Well, one of them still still exists...

Ahh, you mean the "hometown newspaper" that now publishes only 3 times per week and charges $1.50 for 8 pages, and only reprints stories from other sources in between the 80% of those pages dedicated to advertising? If it even exists at all anymore? Bastion of journalism!

 Ah, the weekly news magazine! Nothing like a weekly news cycle to help keep us fully abreast of current events!

I am one of those dinosaurs that actually gets a newspaper delivered every day...and it is getting crappier all the time, unfortunately.

I desperately long for a time when there was less information and yet I can't be bothered to subscribe to a newspaper.
