John Keane, The Tumbler, was murdered by The Secret Empire in an attempt to frame Captain America. His mother is now left destitute, and brother Michael is trying to find a way to support her...

Well, not so easy, it turns out:

So Michael takes up his brother's Tumbler identity, and teams up with Cap to break into the offices of Guardian Life...

Yeah--let's bust some insurance fraud!!

Holy crap!! (Bonus No-Prize points if you can identify all of the bad guys from their civilian names...!)

You know, given how impermanent death is (especially for super-villains!), eventually Doctor Octopus or Solarr or someone would "return from the dead," find out that their loved ones had been shafted, and come after these insurance clowns for heavy-duty vengeance. So, in a way, they're lucky it was just Cap & Tumbler who busted them and left them for the police. Mr. Hyde wouldn't have been so polite about it...

Then again, that impermanence of presumed death could be just another excuse GLIC uses: "Oh, he's not really dead. We never saw the body. And remember how many times these guys come back to life? We're not paying until we're 100% certain this is a real death..."

Showing a desperate man fighting an insurance company is boring...so for Friday Night Fights, you set up a reason for him to fight Captain America!!

Michael Keane has adopted the Tumbler identity of his deceased brother, John, as he attempts to break into a giant insurance company and steal their files.

Cap drove him away, and has gone to his home to try and dissuade him from any more nonsense...

So, time for some kicking (and tumbling):
