I'm sympathetic to Donald...back in high school I and some other nerds manged to construct a rigorous "proof" establishing that Pythagoras was wrong about A²+B²=C², thus shattering the foundations of Western math. Our geometry teacher could never disprove it--but our calculus teacher demolished it in about 5 seconds. Math hustling is fun...
