They pretty quickly forgot about this part of Daredevil's costume...
They must have realized that A) Matt's powers were so awesome he didn't need such gadgetry, and/or B) it would probably be counterproductive, causing to much aural cacophony.

How the heck does Daredevil work on electronics?
"That Carl Kaxton certainly sounded rough! Over the phone!" -- everyone in production so busy admiring the art they didn't notice the extra exclamation point? Or was it part of the general trend of using exclamation points everywhere possible?
