See, this was during Armor Wars, and Tony needed a "Trojan Horse" inside the Vault to let him in so he could destroy all of the Guardsman armors. So the obvious solution: Have Rhodey paint his face and pose as Electro. Because seriously, who would have ever believed a black Max Dillon?
