And when you combine the "I'm freaked out" posture with the "please don't kill me" face and the "Zoinks, Scooby" font, you come to the inescapable conclusion...

...that Batman is crapping his tights.

This is especially odd as the story this cover purports to represent does have the Caped Crusader fighting dude in the sewer wearing some kind of demon masks, but that's just a disguise--they never claim to be demons, they're obviously human, and Batman never for a second acts freaked out.

Hopefully, this cover found it's way to Earth-1 from Earth-Prime somehow, and Batman's friends regularly tease him about it...
