Can Captain Marvel, Jr save us from the greatest climatological scourge of all--global cooling?
Sivana, Jr. has managed to use "electrically insulated dust," an atomic bomb and a volcano to cause a global ice age!
Oh, he'll fix things...for a price:
Most of us have a throne like that lying around the basement...
But why can't Captain Marvel, Jr. put a stop to this heinous plot?
Yup, the "insulated dust" not only blocks the sun from getting through, it also blocks the magic lightning.
But who will stop Sivana, Jr.? His own stupidity, that's who.
14,197,633 people you don't like? Geez, Junior, that's an awful big list for a person your age! But surely these U.N. bureaucrats won't go along with such outrageous demands?
Ah, they will, but only after you stop the Ice Age. Putzes!
Fortunately for the heads of 14,197,633 people, there's a technical snafu in Sivana Jr's "magneto-funnel," and...
Oh, Sivana, Jr, will you never learn?
Oh, yeah, and the Wizard takes Freddie Freeman to the Rock of Eternity, where the lightning does work, and Captain Marvel Junior gets the magneto-funnel to work, and uses some good old-fashioned violence on the twerp:
And thus the world was saved from global cooling, and 14,197,633 people got to keep their heads.

Wasn't the Marvel Family wonderful? New 52 Shazam not so much.
Now that's a story.
Much better than the tripe they are putting out now.
