Sunday Psychedelia--White Yellowjacket

So Hank Pym has just invented his enlarging version of the size-change formula, and it's time to debut--GIANT-MAN!!

Well, almost. First, there's class. Lots and lots of tedious class.

Color AND size coded?!? Oh, Hank, you were tightly strung weren't you?

Still, looking at the convenient projected chart, you can see that some of the capsules are intended to increase your size, and some to decrease it. Or, to put it in 1960s psychedelic terms...

One pill makes you larger
And one pill makes you small
And the ones Reed Richards gives you
Don't do anything at all
Go ask Hank Pym, when he's ten feet tall

And if you go chasing villains
And you know you're going to fall
Tell 'em a genocidal Ultron
Has given you the call
To call Hank Pym, when he was just small

When the men on the Avengers get up
And tell you where to go
And you've just had some Pym Particles
And your mind is moving low
Go ask Hank Pym, I think he'll know

When logic and proportion have fallen sloppy dead
And the Vision is talking backwards
And Bill Foster's lost his head
Remember what the Skrull Queen said
"Janet's dead, Janet's dead!"
OK, I'm sorry about that. Just be grateful I didn't give you the Hank Pym version of Somebody To Love...Please allow the original to cleanse your palette:

You have outdone yourself, sir.

Poor Hank. I have however a suggestion for a sympathetic listener: Kyle Richmond. Nighthawk had a pretty terrible time of it through the 70s and 80s.

They'd be like the Starsky and Hutch of Bronze Age Marvel.

Have you been following Colin's Hank and Jan posts over at Too Busy ... ? They really were a fascinating pair.
