That.....is actually a pretty legit reason for stating your case ;)
Plus in-comics, with Morrison having the new Dream saying Kyle was the great because he knew fear, unlike Hal....and also because he didn't share Hal's unfortunate disposition for suffering head trauma all the time ;)
Kyle might be the first Green Lantern to include a fly in his costume. If so, he gets points for style.
