(What the hell ever happened to Cho, anyway?)
Anyway, there is at least one case that young Amadeus seems to have missed. Having just finished a dust-up with Dr. Doom, the Hulk is trying to swim home...but he is spotted by a Russian naval destroyer:
Well, Hulk dragged the entire ship underwater, to crush depth, and all the munitions exploded.
Still sticking with "not a single soldier has died," Mr. Cho?
And as the Hulk swims away:
The Hulk swims so hard that he makes a tidal wave hit the "unprepared coastline."
Still going to insist that no innocents were ever killed by the Hulk, Mr. Cho?
Yes, I realize that I am the only person in the world who cares about this...

Oh, well researched. Perhaps Cho means he's not killed anyone accidentally as collateral damage. Deliberate murder must be OK. Tut.
Obviously the Russians all got to the lifeboats in time and they just weren't onscreen. And the people on the island are just that good swimmers and surfers.
The work of people who think they're being clever but in fact are too dumb to recognise a conceit of the genre.
"I care." Guess where I got that quote. >^_^<
