As you may have noticed from my earlier post, Heart Throbs had a continuing feature every month:
Aside from the atrocious title ("3 Girls--Their Lives--Their Loves"...really, DC?), the premise for this serial was:
Good lord. Warner Brothers, you own this--why haven't you made this into an HBO series yet? Or sold it to Fox or something?
Or, given that it features "3 career girls sharing a penthouse apartment in New York City," maybe SyFy would be the proper home...

Perhaps they don't want to deal with whatever syndicate owns the Apartment 3-G daily newspaper strip, because it's pretty obvious that's where DC ripped this off from...
I dunno David, it's hardly an amazingly unique idea.
