I kind of like the second to the last one. (Wasn't the last one used for of the AU Pre-Crisis Robins?) Carl's and Steven's would work on brand new characters.
I do just want to mention, strange as it sounds, the Carol Strickland mentioned above is a friend of mine in RL...and I never did have the courage to ask her about that moustache.

Curious. The Dick Grayson Robin Earth 2 version was considered one of the best redesigned costumes a while ago in the now extinct "Comics Scene" magazine.
Personally I think it's slick and in tone with the character.
I did love Earth 2 Robin! This is blasphemy.
