Anyway, here's our "puzzle":

I have to admit though, I'm pretty impressed. This appeared in Everything's Archie #65 (1978). That was the same year the Convoy movie came out. Which means this was incredibly timely for a cultural reference in an Archie comic book--normally a fad has to be 10 years out of date before it would turn up in Archie. And none of the stories had anything to do with CB radios or trucking. So what's up with this feature?
Hmmm...I'm almost absolutely positively certain that it probably had nothing whatsoever with the fact that this ad appeared inside the back cover:
