Kid Flash or
Captain Marvel.
Well, charts be damned. Exactly
how fast is Diana?
Well, she seems to give away her secret identity when she has to rescue government scientist
Dr. Plasm (no relation to
Warriors Of Plasm, I hope) from a killer:

Diana Prince will try to talk her way out of it...
But Plasm isn't buying it. So now what?
Well, with the aid of a little super-ventriloquism...
...she's going to use that awesome speed to be two places at once!

Silver Age Barry Allen stuff right there.

Papa Smurf disguised Dr, Plasm decides to sabotage a baseball game!
That's some Wile E. Coyote level shit there!

So, after the ball has already left her hand, Diana overhears the plot, and manages to intercept the ball before Steve can hit it. So...plenty fast, Diana.
Just don't get me started on the
Cheetah stuff...
