"Torturing" might be a bit of a stretch here, Snell. Still "Action packed uncle Ben" seems ridiculous on its face.
Dan--I would suggest that inflicting severe pain on someone to extract information is the very definition of torture. And if the story showed a bad guy doing the exact same thing to a good guy, no one would disagree with that label...
