I can't remember if this was when Tony was still drinking, or Carol was.
This was before Demon In A Bottle began in Iron Man, but Michelinie had established in Tony's mag that he was drinking more and more by this point. This is well before we knew that Carol was drinking, as that wasn't established until 1998.
