So, is it

maintenance musts" for the
Wasp costume? Someone must think she's pretty air-headed...
And please, no comments about using the words "

leather" and "
thong" is the same sentence. This was the
Silver Age, you know!!

Offhand, I would say that Hank drew this up for Jan, in desperation. She's flighty, you know.
I dunno. It's probably no worse than return address envelopes for utility bills having a square in the upper right corner and instructions to "attach postage here." Or the instructions on an iron saying not to iron clothes while wearing them. ;)
Why would the points of the 'W' need oiling?
To keep them from rusting?!?
