Law & Order--Shang-Chi Style!!
In the criminal justice system, the people are represented by two separate but equally important groups: the police, who hassle jaywalkers, and Shang-Chi, who debates the cops on matters of philosophy. These are their stories. Chung chung.

Had I read that issue's exchange at age nine, when it was originally published, I'd have been the super-cool, rabble-rousin' rebel I am today thirty years sooner.
It has a rather Ayn Rand objectivist nature to it. The individual knows better what is best for himself than the government does.
