Dr. Death has captured Batman and Robin!! As he's off to blackmail Gotham City for one billion dollars, he leaves the Dynamic Duo in a dynamic death trap!!

Dick is unconscious, having succumbed to Death's "super-allergen." He and Bruce are handcuffed together to a bar hanging from a bridge over the water. And any move by Batman to lift himself up lowers Robin. And if Batman uncuffs himself, Robin drops into the drink.

Well, at some point you have to make a move, so...
