Friday Night Fights--Crossword Puzzle Style!!

Time for the final round of this session of Friday Night Fights, where every fight must contain onomatopoeia.

But what if the entire fight is onomatopoeia?!?

Burp The Twerp was a one-page strip created by Jack Cole in Police Comics #2 (1941) as a silly parody of the still-developing super-hero genre. He had a costume, and whatever powers the "story" required. He liked to break the fourth wall, and was just generally goofier than hell.

Let's join Burp as he has just captured a dangerous criminal killer:

RIP!!!

More heroes should use newspaper puzzles to defeat their foes. Jumble, any one? Bridge quizzes?

Spacebooger wants everyone to know that Roy Thomas used Burp The Twerp in his Secret Origins Plastic Man story, so he's officially part of the DC Universe. Burp The Twerp Rebirth, anyone?!?

Words are mightier than the sword in Police Comics #15 (1943), by Jack Cole.

Now is the time for you to go and vote for my fight. Why? Burp The Freakin' Twerp, that's why. So go vote!!
